Welcome to BierFlavoredBeer. I’m not sure how this space will evolve, but the tentative plan is to start migrating notes I’ve taken while brewing and traveling, as well as forcing me to regularly read more brewing technical papers and textbooks and turn those topics into posts. People over the years have asked me questions about travel or brewing topics, and it just seems easier to send them a link to something more thorough that can be added to over time.
