I’m Chaz Lakip, a professional brewer with an interest in brewing science and process, particularly as it pertains to traditional beer styles. I also enjoy travel, music, jianbing and Haribo. I created this blog mostly for myself to keep track of my notes and sources when I’m reading about brewing topics and observations while traveling. I often get questions from friends and colleagues about places I’ve traveled or brewing related topics and felt it might be easier to be able to send them a link instead of rewriting things over and over. Hopefully you find something helpful or interesting enough to make you think.
